Reader-built field atlas

Same-Section-Twice Atlas

Baduanjin learning becomes inspectable when the same section is recorded twice and one change in stance, direction, range or return is described without turning form into a medical result.

The evidence pair

Two photographs that can be compared

Frame 1

A complete first view preserving feet, hands, gaze and the usable space

Frame 2

The same section later from a comparable angle, preserving the changed detail

What the note must add

Record dates, section name, reference and whether the difference was taught or self-observed. Do not diagnose alignment from a cropped still, prescribe range or treat visual change as proof of benefit.

Submissions remain private until East Moment reviews the rights, specificity and usefulness of the record.

Editorial founding evidence

A visible baseline, with the gaps left open

These are East Moment editorial records built from authorized or rights-cleared imagery. They are not reader submissions and do not count toward the public record total.

Three sections before one learner returns

Sequence-identification baseline

An editorial composite of open-license photographs makes three Baduanjin sections visibly distinct through stance, arm direction and gaze.

One Baduanjin practitioner demonstrating three visibly different sections
Visible: three movement problems. Missing: the same section twice and the correction between them.

Still missing: The composite compares different sections, not one section repeated over time. It contains no teacher correction, timing, breath, sensation or health result.

Approved reader records

The Atlas in public

No same-section pair has cleared review yet.

The first approved record will preserve two comparable moments and one bounded correction. Two different poses or a before-and-after cure claim cannot complete the Atlas.
