A neat knot proves only that a packet held still for a photograph. The same zongzi before cooking, after the pot and cut open can show whether leaf overlap, fill level and string path survived expansion.

Frame 2
That same packet after cooking and cut open, including any leak, split, compressed edge or shifted filling
What the note must add
Name the wrapping method and leaf only when the maker or package identifies them. Record the repair if a fold failed. Do not infer region, authenticity, cooking time or filling from exterior shape alone.
Submissions remain private until East Moment reviews the rights, specificity and usefulness of the record.
Editorial founding evidence
A visible baseline, with the gaps left open
These are East Moment editorial records built from authorized or rights-cleared imagery. They are not reader submissions and do not count toward the public record total.
One wrapping sequence and three unmatched interiors
Partial editorial structure baseline
An authorized Xiaohongshu sequence preserves a real four-corner fold and tie, while authorized Zhihu photographs make several cooked fillings visible after opening.
Visible: top closure and string placement in one method. Missing: the cooked outcome of this packet.
Visible: one cooked pork filling and rice structure. This is not the tied packet in the tutorial.
Visible: a contrasting cooked interior. Its leaf fold and string path are not documented.
Still missing: None of the cut-open zongzi is identified as the packet in the wrapping sequence. The images cannot connect one seam, knot or filling position to a leak-free cooked result.
Approved reader records
The Atlas in public
The first complete fold-to-pot packet is still waiting.
Approved records must preserve one packet across cooking. An isolated tutorial fold or an unrelated beautiful cross-section cannot show what the pot changed.
